Court Commissioners

Three Court Commissioners are appointed by the Superior Court Judges. Court Commissioners have some of the same powers and duties as the Judges. They may sit as Judges pro tempore if all parties agree to have their case heard by a Commissioner. The Court Commissioners are authorized to hear ex parte, domestic, criminal, juvenile offender, dependency and mental illness proceedings.

Court Commissioners do not have Personal or Judicial Assistants.
