Passport Processing Hours

Passport processing hours are from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday (holidays excluded), no appointment is necessary. Please note - Wait times during lunch hours, Friday afternoons, and no school/early dismissal days can be quite long. We recommend that you come in as early as possible to ensure your application will be processed that day.

Processing Time

Please check the US Department of State website for current expected processing times. There is an “Expedite” service available for an additional $60 per passport, that could shorten this time to within 3 weeks door-to-door.

Photographs

All photographs must be taken within the last 6 months, 2x2 inches in size, and with a white background. They must be taken in normal street attire, without a hat or glasses. You cannot wear a uniform, clothing that looks like a uniform, or camouflage attire. There are several places in town that take passport specific photos, and they should know the Department of State requirements, as not all are listed here.
