Children and Youth with Special Healthcare Needs in Whatcom County (CYSHCN)
Whatcom County Health Department's CYSHCN staff works with community partners to improve the local system of care for children and youth with special needs. Our collective aim is that each family experiences coordinated family-centered care and support, regardless of their point of entry. Services provided directly by Health Department staff are conducted as part of Whatcom Taking Action.
Services for Children and Youth with Special Needs
For help finding assessments and other services for children and youth with special needs, contact Whatcom County's Single Entry Access to Services (SEAS) line at 360-715-7485. Please call SEAS for concerns about any child, birth to 21.
Providers can fax referrals to SEAS at (360) 676-6729 by clicking on the SEAS Fax Form button on this page.
