The Northwest Annex is located at the corner of Northwest Drive and West Smith Road, at 5280 Northwest Drive, in Bellingham, and the Central Shop is located at 901 West Smith Road, just down the road from the Northwest Annex.

There is no exit at Smith Road from I-5.  From I-5 you must exit at Slater Road, go east, and then north (turn left) onto Northwest Drive.
