A community focal point where older adults come together for services and activities that reflect their experience and skills, respond to their diverse needs and interests, and enhance their dignity, support their independence and encourage their involvement in and with the community.

Open Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Open Saturday, 8:00 a.m.
to 12 noon.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How do I obtain membership?
Membership for the year is $25.00 and is available for those 50 years of age and older. Members receive a monthly bulletin with information of programs and times, special events, and the lunch menu.
What kinds of services are provided at the Center?
For seniors 60 and over, a Wellness Program, sponsored through the Whatcom County Council on Aging; Visiting Nurse foot care, blood pressure checks, exercise programs, yearly flu vaccinations, and more.
Nutrition Program supplies tasty nutritious lunch at noon, Monday through Friday at the Center and also, Meals on Wheels, delivers meals to those who are not able to leave their homes. Call Bellingham Senior Center to arrange for delivery of meals. (360) 733-4032

Who can use the gym?
Any current member that has completed the strength training class. To take the class there is a fee of $60.00 for a bi-weekly, one-hour class, for 10 weeks. Call the Blaine Senior Center to sign up. On completion of the class, you may use the gym whenever the Center is open.
