Modification of Parenting Plan/Residential Schedule, Paternity,
Relocation of Children Act and Emancipation to name a few).

Office Hours: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Appointments are scheduled for the following week by calling (360)-738-2459 on Thursday mornings starting at 7:35 a.m. until all appointments are full. Walk-ins are from 9:20 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Monday-Wednesday & Friday and on Thursdays from 10:30 until 4:00, (first-come first-served-basis). Please note that this office is closed from 11:30-12:30 daily for lunch.

Fees for Facilitator services: (Effective
8/1/09) |
- New
causes of action: Upon the filing of new causes of
action, if a Facilitator has not checked the papers, the
filing party will be required to sign a Filing Disclaimer.
- Papers
must be checked before final hearings: Before final
papers may be scheduled for a hearing before a Judge, the
Facilitator and a Court Commissioner must check them for
completeness.

- Scheduled appointment: $20.00
- Walk-in consultation: $10.00
- No fee waivers/reductions available
- Exact cash (no credit/debit cards, checks)
- Free services may be available elsewhere
- Because the Court requires that the Facilitator
check final Decrees of Legal Separation and Divorce,
there is no fee for the FIRST mandatory 40-minute appointment.
