In-Person Services

If you need to visit us In-Person, you may.  We are located in Suite 103 of the Whatcom County Courthouse (311 Grand Avenue in Bellingham).  You can register to vote, update your registration, get a replacement ballot.  If possible, please call or email before you visit, we may save you a trip!

Hours:  July 13 - August 2 (Monday-Friday), 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday, August 2, 8:30 am - 8:00 pm

  • U.S. Senator, 2nd Congressional District, State of Washington, 40th and 42nd Legislative Districts, Whatcom County (including the Prosecuting Attorney and District Court Judge)

Voter registration and address changes online or by mail must be received at the Whatcom County Auditor's Office by July 25.

Visit our office in person to register to vote or change your address by 8:00 pm Election Day.
