In-Person Services



The special election is not a countywide election.  Only registered voters living in the Bellingham School District 501, Ferndale School District 502, and a portion of the Whatcom County Rural Library District will receive a ballot.  Ballots are mailed on January 19, 2022.

If you need to visit us In-Person, you may.  We are located in Suite 103 of the Whatcom County Courthouse (311 Grand Avenue in Bellingham).  You can register to vote, update your registration, get a replacement ballot.  If possible, please call or email before you visit, we may save you a trip!

Hours:  January 19 - February 8 (Monday-Friday), 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Tuesday, February 8, 8:30 am - 8:00 pm

Voter registration and address changes online or by mail must be received at the Whatcom County Auditor's Office by January 31.

February 1 through February 8
Visit our office in person to register to vote or change your address by 8:00 pm Election Day.
